Purchased cpu and gpu fans for msi ge62 laptop but received 2 fans for gpu instead,fan for cpu was then resent. Contacted seller with issue of cpu fan, where it wouldn't fit the case as there's no indentation to accomodate heatpipe, but got ignored. Have to shaved off part of the fan so it can fit the heatpipe, and forced me to write this bad review.

Yes we did send you 2 GPU fans by mistake in the first place, so we fix the issue by resending the CPU Fan, you kept the 2nd GPU Fan for spare. However we didn't ignore your message, we replied with the instruction about how to install this Fan and asked if any concerns we can follow up, not blame you ignore our message but we are honest and willing to communicate and help as always.
